About Trisys Retired and Discontinued Products
A Legacy product is one that is not fully retired, but is no longer under active development.
Trisys offers limited support for legacy products including solutions transitioning into a legacy phase. This means Trisys no longer provides updates or bug fixes for such products until they are deprecated. Support for legacy products that have an active extended support contract will continue to receive support be provided in line with terms and conditions of extended support agreement.
Renewal of extended support for legacy products with lapsed support will not be available for purchase and can be provided on T&M basis at then current hourly rates ONLY. There will be no support available for deprecated products. Products that depend on the legacy operating systems or browsers that are no longer supported by Microsoft will be deprecated coterminous with termination of support by Microsoft.

Our products have undergone upgrades, new feature development, and various other changes to guarantee our solutions meet and benefit your business. Simultaneously, there are several products which we have “retired” and discontinued to manufacture, while others may move into the legacy phase.
