When emailing or if prompted to leave a voice mail, please include contact name, product serial number, a return phone number and a brief description of the problem being experienced.

The following files should be downloaded and used only if directed by Trisys support technician.
Using these files with an incorrect version of the software will cause the program to malfunction and database will become corrupt and unrecoverable.
By downloading any updates without being directed to do so, violates the Support and Warranty agreement and Trisys Inc. is not responsible for lost data.
