Update to Fix Tapit NOVA 2021 Issue
If you have Tapit NOVA and are currently experiencing an issue entering 2021 as a year on reports, please follow the following update instructions for the solution.
Instructions for Update to Fix Tapit NOVA 2021 Issue
- Make a Backup of the folder C:\TAPITNOVA\WEBROOT (not WEBROOT6 if there is one).
- Download the file Tapitnova2021.exe from the link provided below. Save this file in the C:\TAPITNOVA folder. It is important it is in this folder.
- Right Click on the downloaded file and select Properties. If you see a check box or button labeled Unblock check this box or click the button. Click Apply and Okay (it may not be there. If so, skip this step).
- Right Click on the downloaded file and select Run as Administrator even if you are logged in as an Administrator.
- Click Extract. Do not change the folder destination.
- Click the option Yes to All and the update will begin extracting. This may take a few minutes.
- Log into Tapit NOVA. If you already had a Tapit NOVA tab open, close that tab and start a new one. The issue should now be corrected. If you receive any errors try restarting the Tapit Application server and then logging in again.
If your web browser is experiencing difficulty opening download, try right clicking and opening button link in new tab to prompt the download.
